I spent time mixing a variation of the primary colors today, pink, sky blue, and yellow. As I was mixing them, I couldn’t help but think about the chakras.
I wanted to share a picture of them for fun and ask…

Pink, Grounded = Root Chakra
Orange, Creativity = Sacral Chakra
Yellow, Strength = Solar Plexus Chakra
Green, Love = Heart Chakra
Blue, Communication = Throat Chakra
Purple, Connection = combo of Third Eye and Crown Chakras

Here are some of my favorite affirmations for each chakra:
Root - I am grounded and safe.
Sacral - I create joyfully and playfully.
Solar Plexus - I am empowered, and I empower others.
Heart - I love myself and others unconditionally.
Throat - I communicate my needs clearly and compassionately.
Third Eye - I am guided by my intuition.
Crown Chakra - I honor my connection with Source and feel connected with everything and everyone around me.
Another affirmation I like to include at the end is: I am balanced.
